If you are new to the valley, here is a warning for you. Do not move into these apartments. They are located in a very bad area which is near the Boulevard Mall. They house some families through Section 8 who don't give a crap about how they live. It was a drug infested area and it probably still is. Rumors of a bug problem have been reported, but there isn't much evidence.
