	SPAGO Spago Las Vegas reflects the innovative culinary talents that made Wolfgang Puck's famous Beverly Hills restaurant a favorite amongst Hollywood's elite. Executive Chef Eric Klein updates the menus daily offering guests a variety of fresh fish, pasta and gourmet pizzas such as Puck's signature Smoked Salmon Pizza with Dill Cream, Black Caviar and Chives in the casual cafe and signature entrees such as Hand Made Sweet Corn Agnolotti with Parmigiano Reggiano, Mascarpone and Sage and the Wood-Grilled Organic King Salmon in the restaurant's elegant and refined main dining room. Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars, the casual "indoor" patio cafe is open for lunch and dinner and is great for people watching inside the Forum Shops. 	SEABLUE Inspired by the bustling ports and marketplaces of the Mediterranean, the innovative restaurant’s two lively open kitchens prepare seafood over a wood-fired grill. The ocean theme is carried throughout the space with walls of stone and water. Seablue at the MGM Grand welcomes guests with a dramatic cylindrical fish tank and mirrored hallway, a theme re-emphasized throughout the dining room by artfully designed walls of stone and water. The majority of the dishes on the menu at Seablue are made on the grill, using a variety of oils and natural juices, and are finished in a tagine (a Moroccan clay oven), which extracts wonderful flavors from the fish without using conventional, less-healthy methods. A variety of grains and rices accompany the dishes. 	MR LUCKY'S 24/7 As the name signifies, Mr. Lucky’s 24/7 is open ‘round the clock and offers a traditional style eatery with a family-friendly atmosphere. The standard diner fare - burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items such as the owner’s favorite, French toast - is first-rate, as are the pizzas and the specialty Kick Ass BLT Burger. And its not-so secret specials, such as the Steak and Shrimp (an 8-ounce flat iron steak, three jumbo shrimp, salad, and garlic mashed potatoes, all for a lucky $7.77) are well worth ordering. The Red Velvet Cake is also worth the splurge.
